Artistic Degradation

Just below a bridge in Indianapolis where Meridian Street passes over The White River a giant concrete canvas has been brewing for several years.
A canvas filled with graffiti that seems to continuously be changing like a living organism. Just recently the riverbed was dry enough for me to capture these images below:
