For the past several months, I have been driving around the city and seeing the effects of economic cleansing.
It doesn’t feel like Indianapolis circa 1980s when Downtown was a ghosttown but still … art through tragedy. I’m sure this will open the doors to new business and new opportunities and sometimes even new eyesores.
