New Orleans 2009 I

This past weekend marked the fourth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina making landfall in New Orleans, Louisiana. I spent a day in New Orleans and tried to capture as much of the Lower 9th Ward and the French Quarter as time would allow. This is part I of the series.
