It’s all quite simple. Flore wants you to feel the bass. She reminds us plenty of times either through vocal announcement like it was some Digital Underground block party or some kind of low end bombardment that will make something tingle, jiggle, and wiggle.
Yes, we get it just like we got the poetic movements of a butt-flapping sensation that swept the Miami club scene in the ‘90s. The second single from her upcoming Raw release re-teams up with Shunda K for some back-and-forth basstastic rhymes, which coming from Plant City, Florida, only makes sense.
You might as well skip the “Clean Radio Edit” and get down to the nitty gritty with the “Explicit Version.” It will have you two-step ass slappin’ after the first blast of beats. It’s as if Peaches covered Rob Base (a likely comparison with the project releations she has with the potty-mouthed rapper). And if that doesn’t layer enough elements together, they add another dimension with smooth rapper Flyy Git who kind of does his own thing in the song while keeping it all into perspective.
The “Caper Remix” is where things shine as it brings in drum ‘n’ bass giving this song a completely different perceptive while maintaining the core essence of the song.
The “Feel Me” remix doesn’t stand up to the original, but then again the original is just more dirty talk from Shunda K. What the Feel Ep comes down to is a dry humping tantrum that blends a hodgepodge of UK and Miami electro to moderate effects.
