Reflections On A City

This photo series was taken in and around Baltimore, MD this spring. These images of reflections were taken in an effort to try and view these places from a new perspective. Reflections have always seemed to have an amazing power to change and alter the things they reveal. At the same time, our minds and eyes find comfort when they are able to recognize the source of the distortion.

Some very interesting photos, the one with the edge of a square building in the window is amazing, it looks as if there is one building inside another.
Thanks so much Arthur! It was actually pretty amazing to see in person as well. Those windows had a wonderfully sharp and clear reflection so that you couldn’t see through them. It really did seem as if the buildings repeated back and forth in each others’ windows like a hall of mirrors.
